Orientation & Track Briefing
Meet your assigned mentor and cohort. Receive your project brief, lab access credentials, and weekly schedule. You'll be working in the same labs used by our full-course students — industry-grade equipment, no shortcuts.
Hands-On Project Work
Spend 4–6 weeks on real deliverables: live security audits, deployed websites, running ad campaigns, trained ML models, or interactive data dashboards. Weekly mentor check-ins keep you on track.
Assessment & Portfolio Review
Present your completed project to a panel of industry-experienced evaluators. Feedback is given in writing so you have documented evidence of your capabilities for your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Government-Recognised Certificate
Receive your Hartron + NSQF certificate, registered in the National Qualifications Register. Nationally recognised by employers, universities, and government departments across India.

Who is eligible for the internship?
The internship is open to 10th/12th students, college students, graduates, and working professionals looking to upskill. If you're currently enrolled in a course at Hartron Kaithal, the internship is available as a complementary add-on at no extra cost.
Is the internship paid or free?
The internship is free for currently enrolled Hartron students. For external applicants, please contact us for current terms. There are zero hidden charges — we will tell you everything upfront before you commit.
What certificate will I receive?
Upon successful completion, you receive a Hartron Advance Skill Centre internship completion certificate aligned with NSQF standards and registered in the National Qualifications Register (NQR). This is a government-recognised credential accepted by public and private-sector employers across India.
How long does the internship last?
Duration varies by track: Digital Marketing and Data Analytics are 4 weeks; Cyber Security, AI, Web Development, and Cloud Computing are 6 weeks. All tracks run 5 days a week with dedicated lab sessions.
Do I need prior experience to apply?
No prior professional experience is required. Basic computer familiarity is helpful. If you've just completed a course at Hartron, you're already well-prepared. For external applicants who are complete beginners, we'll suggest the right enrolled course first so you can then access the internship.
Can I do the internship while studying my regular college?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling. Our centres are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and we can arrange schedules that work around your college timetable. Speak with a counsellor to plan your schedule.
Which branch should I attend?
Both branches — Pehowa Chowk (Karnal Road) and Ambala Road — offer identical programmes, labs, and mentors. Choose the one that's closer to you. You can switch branches mid-programme if needed.
Will Hartron help me find a job after the internship?
Yes. All interns receive full placement support: resume review, mock interview sessions, and direct introductions to our employer network across Haryana and Delhi NCR.
